In 2017 Director and owner Allan Virieux created a new business venture on the back of the sale from his previous asphalt and sealing company that he owned for over 30 years.

Streetwise Developements was established to created a new family venture and move into a new market space where Allan could enjoy his passsion for buying equipment allowing our contruction crew to create new spaces with only the best machinery with their 100+ years of gained experience!
